aFe Control introduces these Sway-A-Way High Performance replacement Coilovers for the 5th generation Toyota Tacoma. These 2.5" diameter Coilovers feature all the same race winning engineering and components that have 20+ years of testing into a specifically designed kit that will bolt directly into your daily driven vehicle. These Sway-A-Way shocks are designed to be used with an aftermarket upper control arm and allow for up to 1” more wheel travel on both 2WD and 4WD models. The multi-seal carrier includes redundant seals to keep even the smallest dirt and debris out and to keep the specifically formulated 7wt fully synthetic shock oil in. Viton O-rings ensure a leak free seal at the most extreme temperatures. The steel cylinders are coated with a two-step zinc plated finish designed to withstand the harshest of environments. A red anodized finish on all external CNC machined aluminum components will protect against the elements for years to come. The kit comes pre-set for 2"-2.5" of lift. Also included is a spanner wrench for you to adjust your ride height to find your perfect blend of performance and style. The max lift height achievable with these shocks is 3” over the stock ride height. This kit offers remote reservoirs for better off road damping curves without sacrificing any on road comfort or handling.
